Membership 

Falcon Woods is a permanent membership HOA.  Residents of Falcon Woods must be members to utilize the following amenities:  pool, tennis courts, playground, basketball court, and pavilion.

We welcome residents from surrounding communities to utilize our amenities and join in the social activities in Falcon Woods as annual Non-Resident Members.  

Non-resident memberships are available for $425.00 per year per household and include invitations to all social events, use of the pool for our extended season (5/16/2022 - 9/30/2022), play on our recently refurbished tennis courts, enjoyment of our ample playground area, and use of the pavilion with reservations.  Children of non-resident members (ages 18 and under) are also eligible to be a part of the Falcon Woods Fins Swim team.  PLUS, we offer a convenient 3-Pay-Plan which allows you to conveniently budget your membership dues over three months ($142/month due March 1st, April 1st, & May 1st).  Contact us for more information and we look forward to having you join us this season!  PayPal also accepted but there are user fees.
