 Falcon Woods HOA board elections are coming soon.  

The 7 positions are two years in duration.  Half of the board is elected in one year and the other half the next year so there is some continuity. 

The positions open this year are

President, Secretary, and two (of three) Member-at-large positions.

Treasurer, Vice President and one Member at large position has one more year of service.

Two portable Pickleball nets have been added to tennis court 1.  The courts have yellow lines painted for the net locations and all boundaries.

We have a water leak in the pool infrastructure.

At this time, we don't know if it is the pump infrastructure or a crack in the pool.

We will get a contractor involved in the spring of 2026.
