Welcome to Falcon Woods, a vibrant neighborhood of 159 single-family homes nestled in Northeast Cobb County in Marietta, Georgia. Our community features beautiful homes, friendly neighbors, spacious wooded lots, diverse wildlife, and an array of mature vegetation.
As well, Falcon Woods offers an active homeowners association, FWRHA, which boasts amenities for members including recently resurfaced tennis courts, a beautiful swimming pool, playground, pavilion, and active schedule of social events throughout the year. As of 2021, 134 homes are permanent members of our HOA, helping to secure the future of our amenities. Our association is managed by a Board of Directors elected from our members.
